JKBZ- ⅲ transformer comprehensive test bench

The JKBZ-III testing system uses manual control methods such as buttons and conversion switches to complete the entire testing process. During the testing process, the conversion switch is used to select the test items and the gear selection of the voltage and current transformers. The buttons are used to start and stop the circuit.
Introduction to Measurement and Control System:
1. The control system is completed by conversion switches and buttons, and all test data is measured and displayed by power analyzers and digital instruments.
2. The appearance of the test bench is simple and elegant, easy to operate, and the test personnel can easily master the operation process after simple training.
3. The power analyzer adopts high-performance DSP technology, pure resistance sampling, and the same principle as the power analyzer, which can be used for measurement in low power factor testing scenarios.
4. It can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction (75, 120, 145) ℃, voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), and current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions), which is very suitable for testing needs under non rated current conditions.
5. There is a mechanical emergency stop button on the test bench to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and test subjects in case of emergency.
Experimental ability:
1. Can meet the requirements of oil immersed transformers with capacities of 63000KVA, 110Kv and below (including S9S11S13 and amorphous alloy transformers);
2. Can meet the requirements of dry-type transformers with capacities of 31500KVA, 35Kv and below;
3. Can meet the requirements of mining explosion-proof transformers with capacities of 6300KVA, 10KV and below;
4. Special transformers (detailed capacity and voltage level must be provided when ordering).
