Jkbz-iv type automatic transformer comprehensive test bench

The JKBZ-IV transformer microcomputer comprehensive testing system adopts virtual instrument technology, combining the powerful data processing capability of computers with the hardware control capability of industrial computers. The PC controls and processes the entire testing process through system software, and the entire testing process is completed with one click, achieving true human-machine dialogue and fully automatic operation.
Introduction to Measurement and Control System:
1. The testing system is a Windows operating system, and the testing software is a fully Chinese language environment. During the testing process, clicking the corresponding button with the mouse can automatically complete the entire testing project, and all test data is displayed in real-time on the screen.
2. The control part of the experimental device adopts control technology such as PLC.
3. The experimental software includes password protection, and the operator can enter the testing interface after entering the number and password.
4. The factory test report and printing format can be designed based on the sample provided by the user. After the test is completed, the test report can be directly printed or edited for printing (limited to test items).
5. There is a mechanical emergency stop button on the test bench to ensure personnel and equipment in case of emergency.
Experimental ability:
1. Can meet the requirements of oil immersed transformers with capacities of 63000KVA, 110Kv and below (including S9S11S13 and amorphous alloy transformers);
2. Can meet the requirements of dry-type transformers with capacities of 31500KVA, 35Kv and below;
3. Can meet the requirements of mining explosion-proof transformers with capacities of 6300KVA, 10KV and below;
4. Special transformers (detailed capacity and voltage level must be provided when ordering).
