Brief description:
Main functions and features:
1. The use of gas chromatography to determine the component content of dissolved gases in transformer oil is an effective means of determining whether there are latent faults in transformers and ensuring the operation of the power grid. With the rapid development of the national economy, more and more large equipment such as transformers are located in remote areas far from cities. When these large transformers have abnormalities and need to be tracked and tested, traditional methods of retrieving samples to the laboratory for analysis not only affect the timeliness of data, but also consume a lot of manpower and material resources.
2. The portable transformer oil chromatography analyzer is an intelligent instrument developed with the design concept of miniaturization, modularity, and digitization, which integrates chromatographic detection, analysis, and diagnosis. The whole machine is small in size and light in weight, making it easy to carry to the site for rapid analysis; The instrument adopts the classic three detector process and is equipped with a uniquely designed micro thermal conductivity and hydrogen flame detector. With one injection, it can complete the full analysis of the content of seven gas components dissolved in insulating oil, including H2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2, etc., within 7 minutes. The latent faults in the transformer are analyzed and judged through the equipped workstation, and the analysis data is completely consistent with traditional laboratory chromatography data.
3. Mainly used for on-site analysis of transformer oil spectra, it can timely analyze transformer faults. Compensating for the shortcomings of laboratory chromatographic analysis, it brings good economic and social benefits to the power system.
4. Detection concentration (ppm):
Component name | H2 | CO | CO2 | CH4 | C2H4 | C2H6 | C2H2 |
Detection limit | ≤2 | ≤1 | ≤2 | ≤0.1 | ≤0.1 | ≤0.1 | ≤0.1 |
5. Repeatability:<3% Deviation:<1%
6. Execution standards:
GB/T 17623-1998 "Determination of dissolved gas components in insulating oil by gas chromatography"
GB/T 7252-2001 "Guidelines for Analysis and Determination of Dissolved Gases in Transformer Oil"
DL/T 703-1999 "Gas Chromatography Method for Determination of Gas Content in Insulating Oil"
Main technical indicators:
1. Adopting electronic flow display and digital display
2. Implement temperature setting, display and other operations of the instrument in Chinese
3. Realize one click startup
4. Fully automatic completion of ignition and current setting operations
5. Digital FID electronic zeroing technology enhances the anti-interference ability of instruments
6. Built in silent air pump, no need for external air source (optional)
7. Complete protection functions such as gas cut-off, power cut-off, zero temperature, etc
8. Analysis cycle:<8min
9. Environmental temperature: 0 ℃~40 ℃
10. Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1 ℃
11. Host dimensions: 360 × 420 × 240 (mm)
Chromatography software:
1. Automatically provide three ratio coding, fault nature, and typical examples in the report.
2. The management of oil sample spectrum library can be achieved by sampling points (creating, adding, deleting, modifying, querying, sorting).
3. Generate equipment analysis file cards based on the analysis results of the same device, automatically completing calculations such as total hydrocarbon growth and gas production rate.
4. The trend curve of the content of each gas component over time can be made for the same sampling point.
5. Multiple sample analysis results can be consolidated into one report, and the average, standard deviation, and relative standard deviation (RSD) of these results can be provided.
6. The intelligent identification technology of spectral peaks reduces the need for user set spectral processing parameters, and basically achieves automatic processing of peak detection, baseline correction, and overlapping peak segmentation.
7. Provide the function of manually cutting shoulder peaks (small bulges) from trailing peaks for quantitative analysis of trace components.
8. The spectrum file (including analysis results) can be sent over the Internet to higher-level units or authoritative departments for analysis and review through the "send" function.
9. Quantitative results, explanatory text, etc. can be directly entered into the Access database.
10. The effective parts of two channel spectra can be grafted onto one spectrum, as long as one spectrum is processed, calculated, and saved.
11. Using split window technology, tables and spectra are displayed in the same document window, and the table arrangement adopts an intuitive and easy-to-use tab format, avoiding the need to switch back and forth between different screen interfaces during operation. The interface layout is compact and the operation is very simple.
